If it wasn’t completely clear, this is the Christmas chapter. Yes, it’s a bit late for it now, but whatever. I’ve resigned to the idea that any in-story holidays will probably never line up with the real ones (and people can read it any time of the year anyway), so it’s really not that big of a deal to me anymore. I hope you all feel the same.

I did some very careful scripting with this one, by the way. It’s gonna have a nice flow with all of the scenes lasting from Monday through Friday, never making you have to wait through the weekend to see how a scene wraps up. Honestly, I’m always trying to do this, but it doesn’t always work out as such. That said, you will get spoiled with some two-pager updates that really didn’t NEED to be put together in favor of making this work (one of the boons of planning ahead). I imagine nobody will be complaining.

I think this may be my favorite chapter page to date too. It has next to nothing to do with anything (like most of them, really), but this one is just exceptionally cute, if I do say so myself.

Quite possibly my favourite chapter title page to date. Though I am wondering why Maria and Chanel are so far away from each other - I hope it doesn't herald shenanigans and drama.

Maybe I'm displaying a wanton lack of understanding by asking this, but when drawing pages, do you constantly bear in mind that Rain is trans? Have you ever caught yourself up by drawing her too naturally (like, showing cleavage instead of hiding falsies)?

Sort of. In the sense that I would view a transwoman as, very simply put, a woman, I do naturally want to draw her in a feminine way. I haven't mistakenly given Rain cleavage, as she hasn't been shown wearing a shirt low-cut enough for me to even make that mistake (and the one time we've seen into her bra, you can actually see her falsies (this one - [link]). However, I HAVE accidentally made her more curvy (in the hips) than intended on more than a few occasions. In fact, I've just started running with it, and now she usually just has the hips (hip-padding exists, so it's technically okay).

I'm actually more likely to forget to italicize her text than anything else.

This is a really cute cover, I wonder if Rain will actually wear this during the chapter because it really makes her look cute. That being said it looks like it will be a fun and cute chapter.

well. im done now. exept i get 2 books soon, "woooow!" \O/

story wise, ill give it 10/10 its the best story ive ever read. maybe thats only coz Rain and i are basicly the same. but she is a lot more brave then me. pehaps im just late at gitting out of that dark closet >.<

Perhaps it is a lot easier to be brave with an awesome person like Fara as your guardian? Even Rain is scared of coming out to close, possibly transphobic, family. Perhaps you can find a Fara-like friend too?

Either that, or closets are a lot sturdier here in Denmark. I hope not for either of our sakes. ._.
